Why was this built?
There was no practical system available to bring together data from RevolutionEHR, QuickBooks, and employee timeclock programs into one organized view. Each platform provided its own information, but none could combine patient sales, service profitability, and staff performance in a way that was easy to manage or understand.
The only options capable of this level of integration were large ERP-style software systems that typically cost between $1,000 and $3,000 per month, making them too expensive and unnecessary for most small to mid-sized practices. The Business Evaluation Tool (BET) solves this by merging all essential data inside a single, easy-to-use Excel framework, offering the same level of clarity and control without the ongoing subscription costs or complicated setup.
