BEFORE YOU PAY
Is Your Website a Good Fit for a Tune-Up?
Share your website and what you'd like checked. I review its fit and send a short preview summary of the proposed work, so you can decide with a clear understanding of the offer.
Details Are Out of Date
Your website works, but your hours, phone number, services, or photos need updating. Small homepage changes can help show customers what your business offers today.
Major Problems, Slow or Security Issues
If your website won’t open, slow loading times, or has security problems, your tune-up can check and report known issues. Repairs cost extra, based on the problem and the work needed.
Mobile Use Feels Awkward
Small text, crowded sections, or difficult-to-use buttons can get in the way on a phone. Your existing homepage layout is checked and adjusted where practical.
Visual & Formatting Issues
Uneven spacing, mismatched font sizes, poorly placed images, or overlapping elements make the page harder to read. Targeted adjustments tidy what is already there.
Large or Has Complex Features
Your tune-up can check and report known problems with large online stores, customer logins, or special features. Repairs or changes to these parts are priced separately.
Eligibility is based on the site's condition, size, complexity, editing access, and available local Maps data. Sites needing major repairs, custom coding, or extensive troubleshooting require a separate assessment.

Price & Eligibility
The one-time tune-up is $199 through December 31, 2026. The regular rate is $499. I review your live website, platform, condition, size, and business goals to confirm fit before payment. Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and WordPress websites may qualify. Custom systems, very large stores, security concerns, and significant technical or access issues receive a separate
assessment.
What the Fee Covers
Your fee includes a website review, agreed updates to existing homepage elements, reports, recommendations, and a $150 credit. After we confirm fit and discuss the service, you receive the access approval request and invoice. Once approval, payment, and collaborator access are complete, I email the proposed changes for your approval. Available findings, reports,
recommendations, and your credit remain included when platform or access limits affect editing.
Scope & Supplied Content
The tune-up covers the homepage changes we agree on. I also review your header, menu, footer, other pages, and connected profiles to identify recommendations. Your ready-to-use text, photos, and videos can be swapped into existing homepage sections, and image compression is included. Broader work, including new pages or features, media editing,
custom code, complex integrations, major repairs, security cleanup, and profile updates, can be quoted separately. Platform fees are paid through your provider.
Approval, Delivery & Ownership
I prepare the approved homepage changes as a draft on your website platform. You review the draft and approve it for publication. Your website stays under your ownership through secure collaborator access. When the work is complete, I email your reports, recommendations, and credit details.
Finishing Adjustments
Small finishing adjustments within the agreed scope are included before publication. Larger revisions, a new direction, or additional work can be quoted separately and completed with your approval.
How Your $150 Credit Works
You receive one $150 credit by email at completion, valid for 12 months. Apply it to one eligible project or annual service plan valued at $999 or more before the credit is applied. For annual plans, the credit is spread across the agreed term
Reports & Expectations
Your final report includes a website health snapshot, a Google Maps keyword ranking heat map, a competitor comparison, and recommendations for your whole website. The review covers the main visible areas and common issues using data available at the time. Design, speed, rankings, traffic, and sales results vary by website and business. Before-and-after
examples are for illustration and may include work beyond the tune-up.
