This project involved building a complete digital presence for a new business from the ground up. The work began with creating the company’s brand identity, including the logo, mission, tone, service messaging, and overall presentation. From there, the project expanded into website design, SEO setup, business listings, communication systems, social media, sales materials, and marketing campaigns. The goal was to create a professional, functional, and market-ready business presence that could support lead generation, customer communication, and long-term growth.
Brand Identity - Created the company logo, mission statement, tone of voice, and complete brand messaging to give the business a clear and professional identity.
Website Design - Designed a fully custom website layout with branded icons, imagery, service sections, and a clean user experience built to guide visitors toward taking action.
Search Optimization - Set up foundational SEO structure and integrated Google Analytics to help track website performance, user activity, and future marketing results.
Business Listings - Created and optimized business listings on Google Business Profile, Bing, and Yelp to improve local visibility and help customers find the company online.
Communication Systems - Added automated email features and integrated chat tools to make it easier for customers to ask questions, request service, and receive timely follow-up.
Call Integration - Set up web-based phone routing to support customer calls and improve communication flow from the website.
Sales Packages - Developed good, better, best service packages with a practical pricing strategy to make the company’s offerings easier to understand and sell.
Support Systems - Built a website-integrated ticketing system to help manage customer requests, support needs, and service follow-up.
Social Media - Set up social media accounts, created launch content, and scheduled posts to establish a consistent online presence.
Marketing Campaigns - Created Google Ads, flyers, mailers, and cold call scripting to support outreach, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Project Outcome
The launch was successful and included a complete business identity, functional website, lead generation tools, communication systems, and marketing materials. Although the business later closed due to the owner’s personal circumstances, the project remains a strong example of building a full digital presence from concept to execution.
